PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY DEPOSITS

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS : This contract is between "friendship on wheels" and you the person making the deposit should accept all these conditions .

Payment : Following your booking with FOW we will send you a confirmation message . you will be required to make 30% (variable) of the tour cost as registration amount for booking and then the left amount will be called 45 (variable) days prior to the tour date . The failure of which will lead to cancellation. 

Tour Inclusions : Each FOW trip has different inclusions. Please read the itenary and tour inclusions fully before making any bookings. We do not always include the site entrance fee to allow you to choose .

A list of these approximate costs is available on request.

Cancellation by you : Should you choose to cancel a booking , please notify FOW in writing or by email along with verbal notification .

The following cancellation fee apply to all FOW tour trips :

45 days prior : Registration money forfeited 

30 days prior : 50% Refund 

20 days prior :  No Refund

Cancellation by us : In case of tour cancellation by us due to natural disaster or any other reason we will make sure to refund you as much as possible .

Travel Documents : Each person is required to carry necessary travel documents with them in failure of so he will be fined or in some case Non-Recognized.

                                   NOTE : NO TRIP IS TRANSFERABLE .

Rules : Each person is liable for his or her belongings and behavior in the tour in case of any miss behavior/miss happening of any tour member or civil offence in the city /country going to tour administrator or tour operator is not responsible and are permitted to contact local police or fine the same .

In case of extension of tour due to any miss happening (natural calamity) the extra cost will be borne by the traveler themselves. .
